  1. Ticket are non-refundable and all sales are final.
  2. The merchant reserves the right to review the purchaser's documentation before issuing tickets. This measure would provide contractual support when handling any related claims.
  3. Foreigners should bring a copy of their passport. Panamanian citizens and residents must bring their Cedula.
  4. Return voyage date and time is shown on ticket and/or wristband. Taboga Express is not obligated to provide transportation on a different voyage if the passenger(s) miss their assigned date and/or time.
  5. Passengers must arrive to the Check-In point 1 hour in advance of sailing time. Passengers arriving late may forfeit their seats and no refunds will be possible.
  6. Changes to Date or Time of voyage must be made with the office 48 hours in advance of voyage to info@tabogaexpress.com. After this time, changes will not be permitted, Subject to company availability.

  8. Each passenger will be permitted 2 pieces of luggage plus a personal item such as a backpack or purse. Additional baggage or cargo charges will be levied.
  9. Taboga Express cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen luggage. Please keep your luggage close at all times.
  10. Taboga Express accepts Visa, Mastercard, Clave and cash. There is an ATM at the Check-In location, however there is no ATM on Taboga Island.
  11. Please bring a printout of your confirmation, or to help the environment, simply show a copy of your confirmation on your cell phone to our staff when you arrive.
  12. In order to protect the beauty of Taboga Island and it’s beaches, the Authorities have declared that visitors may bring small coolers with water, sodas, snacks etc. Visitors may not bring alcoholic beverages nor pre-prepared meals with them to the island. Alcoholic beverages and meals may be purchased at restaurants and kiosks on the island. Please put garbage in the appropriate containers. Glass bottles of any kind are prohibited on the island.

  16. In case you miss your departure and want to take the next one, you must pay 50% of the total value of your payment. Option not available for one way tickets, or weeknds.
